We are a group of young and educated citizens, inspired by Swami Vivekananda and Mother Theresa, have established this Organization to initiate and promote activities for the development of the underprivileged. We believe that education is the primary tool to bring about a transformation of society. Illiteracy is the root cause of poverty, gender discrimination, and social inequalities. The lack of education also leads to lack of proper hygeine and ill-health. With this in mind we started "SNEHAM", which means friendship, with goal of promoting education for all.

VISION OF THE ORGANISATION :- Sneham believes in building a humanized society with human values and a barrier free society where the marginalized can live with self esteem and dignity. It opposes any type of exploitation in any form and at all levels.

MISSION:-

The marginalized are organized to form a strong pressure group to fight for their human rights and for an equal share in development. They must be included in the democratic decision making process and become masters of their own destiny.
